Find Party Bus Rentals in Staten Island
Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com is not a bus company. It does not own vehicles, operate routes, or take reservations directly. It is a quote-comparison website — one quick form, one phone call, and you get options from multiple transportation companies serving Staten Island and the surrounding boroughs, all without calling around, describing your trip a dozen times, and waiting days for callbacks that never quite line up.
That is actually great news. Because Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com is not tied to a single fleet, you get to compare a wide range of vehicle types — 15-to-35-passenger minibuses, 25-passenger party buses, 56-passenger charter buses, Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos, and more — from different providers serving Staten Island, all side by side. Whether you need a single bus for a wedding shuttle loop between Snug Harbor and a St. George reception hall, or a fleet of charter buses for a corporate event at the Hilton Garden Inn, you can find it here.
Call 929-281-0640 any time — a support team is available every single day.
Types of Buses in Staten Island

Amenities Available for Your Staten Island Bus Rental
Different trips call for very different setups. A 15-to-50-passenger party bus typically comes loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — perfect for a bachelorette night running from St. George to lower Manhattan. A minibus offers plush reclining seats and powerful climate control, which matters a lot in July on the Staten Island Expressway.
Full-size charter buses generally include overhead storage, WiFi, power outlets, and undercarriage luggage bays — ideal when your group is hauling equipment, presentation materials, or checked-bag volume luggage. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, so it always pays to compare options before you commit. Call 929-281-0640 or use the quote tool to see what is available for your exact date.

A 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends.

The Easy Way to Compare Staten Island Party Bus Rentals
Staten Island has real transportation friction that most people underestimate until they are in the middle of it. The Staten Island Expressway (I-278) regularly backs up between the Goethals Bridge and the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge — a stretch that should take 15 minutes can easily stretch to 45 during evening rush or after a big event at the St. George Theatre. Parking in St. George near the ferry terminal is limited, metered, and fills up fast on weekend nights.
Getting a group of 20 or 30 people home after midnight requires either a fleet of rideshares that may or may not show up, or one bus that is already staged and waiting.
Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com makes it easy to compare options and find the right vehicle without the usual runaround. No account needed. No obligation to book.
A support team available every day of the year. And instead of being locked into one fleet, you get to see multiple vehicle types and price points from different providers all at once. Fill out the quick form online or call 929-281-0640 — and get your Staten Island transportation sorted in minutes.
Group & Event Transportation Services in Staten Island
Whatever brings your group together on Staten Island — a wedding at Snug Harbor, a concert at the St. George Theatre, a prom night, a graduation, a corporate offsite, or a Yankee Stadium run — Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com can help you find the right bus for it. Here is a look at the most common trip types served through this site.

Staten Island Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Staten Island sits between three major airports, and none of them are a quick, painless drive. John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) (Jamaica, Queens, NY 11430) requires either the Goethals to the New Jersey Turnpike or the Verrazzano to the Belt Parkway — and either way, you are looking at 45 minutes to over an hour depending on traffic, plus terminal drop-off and pickup logistics. Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) (3 Brewster Road, Newark, NJ 07114) is the closest in miles but requires navigating the New Jersey Turnpike interchange near Exit 13, which clogs reliably during peak hours.
LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is the farthest pure-distance option for most Staten Island residents.
For group airport runs — whether it is a 12-person family trip departing JFK or a corporate team arriving at EWR — coordinating separate cars means multiple toll payments across the Goethals or Verrazzano, separate parking costs, and the chaos of reuniting a scattered group at the terminal. A single charter bus or minibus handles everyone in one shot. Have the group gather at one central point on Staten Island, and the bus takes it from there.
Call 929-281-0640 to compare airport shuttle options for your date.

Staten Island Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Staten Island bachelorette party bus rental has a major geographic advantage that often gets overlooked: the island is 25 minutes from lower Manhattan via ferry, and the ferry is free. That means a party bus can pick up the group from a Staten Island starting point, get everyone on the ferry together, and hit the Manhattan bar circuit — then return the same way — without anyone navigating the Verrazzano or hunting for parking in the city.
For groups staying on the island, the North Shore has seen a wave of new bar and restaurant openings around the St. George and Tompkinsville waterfront. A 20-to-25-passenger party bus with LED lighting and a Bluetooth sound system keeps the energy up between stops without anyone needing to figure out how to get home from the last bar of the night. The bus is staged and waiting — that is the entire point.
Call 929-281-0640 now to check what is available for your date.

Staten Island Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Staten Island has a large and active quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebration community, and a party bus arrival at the venue is one of the most memorable moments of the entire event. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 passengers are available through this site, and you can request specific colors or styles to match your theme when you call.
Popular Staten Island celebration venues include Vanderbilt at South Beach (300 Father Capodanno Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10305), the Staaten (697 Forest Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10310), and Excelsior Grand (2139 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10314). Getting a large guest list to any of these locations on a Saturday evening — when Richmond Avenue traffic is at its worst — is stressful without a plan. A party bus picks everyone up from a central meeting point and arrives together.
No one gets lost, no one is late. Call 929-281-0640 to get pricing for your celebration date.

Staten Island Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The St. George Theatre (35 Hyatt Street, Staten Island, NY 10301) is the island's premier concert and performing arts venue — a 1,800-seat landmarked 1929 movie palace that now hosts national touring acts, comedy shows, and Broadway-style productions year-round. The venue is steps from the Staten Island Ferry terminal, which sounds convenient until you factor in a 1,200-person house all trying to find rides home after a Friday night show.
Street parking along Hyatt Street and Richmond Terrace is metered and limited. The St. George neighborhood is walkable from the ferry but far from most of the island's residential neighborhoods — Tottenville, Great Kills, or Eltingville residents are looking at a 30-to-40-minute drive home after the show, and rideshare availability after large events in St. George can be unpredictable. A concert party bus rental for groups heading to the St. George Theatre solves both the parking scramble and the late-night ride home.
Call 929-281-0640 to check availability for your show date.

Staten Island Corporate Event Transportation
Staten Island hosts a growing corporate corridor along Richmond Avenue and the North Shore, and shuttle logistics for employee events, offsite meetings, and conference travel through the borough require more planning than most organizers expect. The Staten Island Expressway runs at or near capacity during the morning and evening commute windows — any shuttle schedule built around 8am arrivals or 5pm departures needs built-in buffer time.
For groups shuttling between the Staten Island Ferry terminal and office campuses in Travis, Bloomfield, or along Richmond Avenue, a minibus rental keeps headcount manageable and eliminates the per-employee parking expense. For larger corporate events at venues like the Hilton Garden Inn Staten Island (1100 South Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10314), a charter bus can stage in the hotel's surface lot while employees are inside — no one scrambles for a ride at the end of the night. Call 929-281-0640 to set up a custom corporate shuttle plan.

Staten Island Private Event Transportation Services
Staten Island's geography makes it naturally suited for private bus rentals — the island has its own event calendar, its own venue circuit, and enough distance from the other boroughs that coordinating a large group without a bus is genuinely complicated. The Staten Island Greenbelt hosts outdoor events and races throughout the year. The St. George waterfront has become a destination for food festivals and cultural events.
And every summer, the Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden (1000 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301) hosts concerts, weddings, and large private events on its 83-acre campus.
Snug Harbor's parking lot is sized for a public park, not a 200-person event — on peak summer event weekends, it fills before the event starts, and Richmond Terrace street parking is unreliable. A charter bus or a fleet of minibuses drops your group at the campus entrance and handles the ride home when the event ends, so no guest is stuck waiting for a rideshare that has surged to three times the normal rate. Call 929-281-0640 to discuss private event shuttle packages for your date.

Staten Island Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season on Staten Island (typically late April through late May) is the single busiest stretch of the year for party bus demand across the borough. Curtis High School, Tottenville High School, Susan Wagner High School, and St. Peter's Boys High School all hold proms within a compressed 5-to-6-week window, and available buses fill up quickly as that window approaches.
For prom on Staten Island: book by January or expect limited availability and premium pricing come spring. A group that locks in a 25-passenger party bus in December will pay significantly less than a group calling in April. Waiting does cost real money here — that is not a scare tactic, it is just how the calendar works. Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com makes it easy to compare options early, lock in a vehicle, and take the transportation off your to-do list entirely.
Call 929-281-0640 right now to check availability for your prom date — the earlier you call, the better your options.

Staten Island School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Staten Island is home to dozens of public and private schools — from elementary level through college — and field trip logistics across the island require real planning. Historic Richmond Town (441 Clarke Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10306) is one of the most popular school group destinations in the borough, a living history museum and restoration village open for guided educational visits. The Staten Island Zoo (614 Broadway, Staten Island, NY 10310) draws student groups year-round.
The Staten Island Museum at Snug Harbor (1000 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301) serves school programming as well.
Yellow school buses handle most in-district runs, but for supplemental school group transportation — field trips, after-school program outings, athletic team travel — a charter bus rental provides overhead storage for backpacks and equipment, climate control, and onboard restrooms on longer rides. ADA-accessible buses are available through the network; mention it when you request your quote. Call 929-281-0640 to discuss school group options.

Staten Island Sporting Event Transportation
Staten Island fans traveling to see the Yankees at Yankee Stadium (1 East 161st Street, Bronx, NY 10451) or the Mets at Citi Field (41 Seaver Way, Flushing, NY 11368) face a real routing decision every game. The most direct Bronx route puts you on I-278 East, across the Verrazzano, through Brooklyn, and up to the Bronx — a trip that can approach 90 minutes in traffic. Post-game Yankee Stadium parking lots release thousands of cars simultaneously onto River Avenue and the Major Deegan Expressway; a group in a charter bus can depart ahead of the worst of it.
For sporting event party bus rentals to MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Drive, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) — home of the Giants and Jets — Staten Island is arguably the best-positioned borough, with the Goethals Bridge putting you on the NJ Turnpike well before Brooklyn or Manhattan fans have cleared their home expressways. A 40-to-56-passenger charter bus for a tailgate group makes the math work: parking at MetLife adds up fast per vehicle, so one bus can save a large group real money before kickoff. Call 929-281-0640 to get pricing for your game day.

Staten Island Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Staten Island weddings tend to involve wide geographic spread — guests coming from New Jersey via the Goethals, from Brooklyn and Manhattan via the Verrazzano, and from across the island itself. Coordinating transportation between a hotel block in St. George, a ceremony venue, and a reception hall in a different part of the island is exactly the kind of multi-leg itinerary that a shuttle bus handles cleanly and a fleet of individual cars does not.
Popular wedding venues on Staten Island include the Vanderbilt at South Beach, the Staaten on Forest Avenue, the LiGreci's Staaten, and Snug Harbor Cultural Center — all of which present their own access and parking challenges on a busy Saturday in June or October. A Staten Island wedding shuttle running continuous loops between your hotel block and ceremony and reception venues keeps your guests together, keeps your timeline intact, and means no one in formalwear is navigating unfamiliar island roads at 11pm. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is also a natural fit for the bridal party on the wedding day itself.
Call 929-281-0640 to put together a custom wedding shuttle plan.

Staten Island Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Staten Island has its own growing craft beverage scene, and the North Shore bar and restaurant corridor around St. George and Tompkinsville has expanded significantly in recent years. A pub crawl party bus keeps the group together between stops without anyone needing to calculate a safe route home at the end of the night.
For groups heading off-island, the Hudson Valley wine country — including Westchester and Rockland County wineries — is accessible via the Goethals Bridge and the Garden State Parkway or the Tappan Zee Bridge corridor, roughly 60 to 90 minutes from most Staten Island starting points. A 20-to-30-passenger party bus with Bluetooth sound and LED lighting makes the winery-to-winery leg part of the experience rather than a logistics problem to solve. Designated driving is off the table entirely — the bus handles it.
Call 929-281-0640 to put your itinerary together.

One form, multiple options, no runaround.
How much does a party bus cost in Staten Island?
Prices vary by vehicle type, date, and how many hours you need. As a general planning guide, a minibus runs around $200–$275 per hour, a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$375 per hour depending on day, and a full charter bus comes in around $200–$350 per hour. Per-day rates start around $1,100 for a minibus and go up from there.
These are ranges — the exact number for your trip depends on current availability and your specific itinerary. Call 929-281-0640 or use the quote form and you could have a pricing estimate in under a minute.
Do I need to cross a bridge to get anywhere on Staten Island — and does that affect the bus rental?
Yes. Every route on or off Staten Island involves either the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge (to Brooklyn), the Goethals Bridge (to New Jersey), the Bayonne Bridge (to Bayonne, NJ), or the Outerbridge Crossing (to Perth Amboy, NJ). Bridge tolls apply to commercial vehicles.
When you request a quote, mention your full itinerary — including any off-island destinations — so the providers can factor in routing accurately. Don't assume that a quote built for an on-island loop covers the same ground as one that crosses to Brooklyn and back twice.
Where do buses drop off for events at the St. George Theatre?
The St. George Theatre (35 Hyatt Street, Staten Island, NY 10301) is located a short walk from the Staten Island Ferry terminal in the St. George neighborhood. Street-level drop-off on Hyatt Street or at the adjacent curb is the standard approach for buses. Street parking nearby is metered and limited, so the practical move is to plan a drop-off and a designated pickup time after the show rather than trying to park a large vehicle in the neighborhood.
Check the St. George Theatre's official site before your visit for any event-specific access notes.
How does a bus work for Staten Island Ferry connections?
The Staten Island Ferry terminal in St. George (1 Bay Street, Staten Island, NY 10301) is the natural hub for groups moving between the island and lower Manhattan. A bus can drop your group at the St. George terminal for the free ferry crossing and pick you back up on return — or vice versa, meeting arriving guests at the terminal and shuttling them to a venue elsewhere on the island. Coordinate your pickup window carefully; the ferry runs on a schedule (every 30 minutes during peak hours), and groups arriving from the Manhattan side need a few minutes to clear the terminal building before the bus can load.
Is there parking at major Staten Island event venues?
It varies significantly by venue. Snug Harbor Cultural Center has a surface lot, but it fills quickly on event weekends and Richmond Terrace street parking is unreliable. The Staaten on Forest Avenue has on-site parking but a large Saturday night wedding can fill it.
Vanderbilt at South Beach has parking, though Father Capodanno Boulevard can back up before a popular event. In every case, a bus eliminates the parking question entirely — your group does not need a spot because the bus drops at the entrance and picks up when the event ends.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events on Staten Island, booking 6 to 8 weeks out gives you solid vehicle selection and reasonable pricing. For prom season (late April through late May), book by January — demand across the borough's high schools spikes hard within a tight window and the best vehicles go fast. For New Year's Eve and peak summer wedding weekends in June and October, booking 3 to 4 months out is strongly advisable.
The earlier you call 929-281-0640, the more options you will have at the better end of the price range.
Popular Staten Island Party Bus Destinations
From the landmarked cultural campus at Snug Harbor to the ballfields at St. George, Staten Island has a full event circuit that keeps group transportation busy year-round. Here are six destinations where knowing the logistics ahead of time makes a real difference.

Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden
Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden (1000 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301) is an 83-acre campus of restored 19th-century Greek Revival buildings, formal gardens, and performance spaces on the island's North Shore. It hosts the New York Chinese Scholar's Garden, the Staten Island Botanical Garden, and a rotating calendar of concerts, outdoor festivals, weddings, and private events.
The parking lot at Snug Harbor is modest relative to the campus's event capacity. On a summer weekend with multiple events running simultaneously — which is common — the lot fills before the event starts, and Richmond Terrace offers limited street parking. A bus drops your group at the main gate on Richmond Terrace and picks up at an agreed time, cutting out the parking scramble entirely.
For large private events and weddings on the campus, coordinate your pickup window with the event's end time since Snug Harbor events can run late on summer evenings.
Phone: (718) 425-3504

Historic Richmond Town
Historic Richmond Town (441 Clarke Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10306) is a 100-acre living history village and museum complex operated by the Staten Island Historical Society — one of the largest and oldest restorations of its kind in the United States, with more than 30 historic structures dating from the 17th through early 20th centuries. It is open to the public year-round and hosts school groups, family programs, seasonal events, and the popular Richmond County Fair each Labor Day weekend.
Clarke Avenue has on-site parking, but the Labor Day fair and major seasonal events draw crowds that fill it and push overflow onto surrounding residential streets. For school groups and organized tour visits, a charter bus with undercarriage storage handles lunchboxes, gear, and backpacks without the usual scramble. The site is in the island's central Richmond area, roughly 20 minutes from the St. George Ferry terminal via Richmond Road.
Phone: (718) 351-1611

Staten Island FerryHawks at SIUH Community Park
SIUH Community Park (75 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301) sits directly on the St. George waterfront, steps from the Staten Island Ferry terminal, with views of the Manhattan skyline across New York Harbor. It is the home stadium of the Staten Island FerryHawks — formerly Richmond County Bank Ballpark, home to the Staten Island Yankees — and seats approximately 7,171.
The stadium's North Shore location makes it deceptively easy to reach by bus — drop-off on Richmond Terrace puts fans steps from the main gate, and the proximity to the ferry terminal means groups arriving from Brooklyn or Manhattan can combine a ferry crossing with a ballgame into a single outing. On game nights with post-game fireworks shows, the neighborhood fills up and rideshare demand spikes around the terminal. A charter bus staged nearby for pickup after the last out is the cleanest solution.
Phone: (718) 720-9265

Staten Island Mall
Staten Island Mall (2655 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10314) is the borough's primary retail hub — a 1.3-million-square-foot enclosed mall anchored by major department stores, with a full restaurant court and an AMC movie theater. It sits at the intersection of Richmond Avenue and the Staten Island Expressway service road, which puts it at one of the island's most consistently congested intersections.
The Mall's parking lots are expansive but routinely overwhelmed during holiday shopping season (November–December), back-to-school weekends (August–September), and major sale events. For large group shopping trips, school retail outings, or holiday party groups that want to combine dinner and a movie, a minibus or charter bus drops at the mall entrance and eliminates the parking competition entirely. The Richmond Avenue approach from the north or south is the standard bus routing.
Phone: (718) 761-0100

Conference House Park
Conference House Park (298 Satterlee Street, Staten Island, NY 10307) occupies the southernmost tip of New York State — 260 acres of natural trails, beachfront, and historic grounds in Tottenville, anchored by the 17th-century Conference House where Benjamin Franklin participated in a failed Revolutionary War peace negotiation in 1776. It is a popular destination for school history field trips, hiking groups, nature programs, and family reunions.
Tottenville is as far from St. George as you can get on Staten Island — roughly 45 minutes by car via the Staten Island Railway corridor, longer in weekend traffic. Parking at Conference House Park is limited, and the Satterlee Street entrance road is narrow. A charter bus navigates the approach cleanly and stages in the main lot while groups explore the trails and beach.
For school groups combining a history stop here with the Staten Island Zoo or Historic Richmond Town, a bus handles the full multi-stop itinerary without anyone needing to drive.
Phone: (718) 984-6046

Empire Outlets
Empire Outlets (55 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301) is New York City's only outlet shopping center — 340,000 square feet of retail space directly adjacent to the St. George Ferry terminal on the North Shore waterfront, with more than 100 outlet stores and direct harbor views. It opened in 2019 and has quickly become a destination for shopping groups from Brooklyn, Manhattan, and New Jersey.
The St. George location is a genuine advantage for bus logistics: drop-off and pickup on Richmond Terrace puts your group steps from the main entrance, and the ferry terminal next door means a shopping group arriving from Manhattan can step off the free ferry directly into the outlet complex. Parking at Empire Outlets is available in the adjacent garage, but on peak retail weekends — Black Friday, post-Christmas, summer Saturdays — it fills fast and the Richmond Terrace approach backs up. A bus drops at the front entrance and returns when your group is done.
