Party Bus Rentals in Queens: Search & Save
Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website — and that distinction is genuinely good news for you. Instead of spending an afternoon calling transportation companies one by one, describing your Queens trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never line up, you fill out one form and instantly see vehicles, photos, and rates from a network of independently owned companies serving the borough.
You're not locked into a single fleet. You get options — different vehicle types, different sizes, different price points — all in one place, any time of day, with no obligation and no account required.
Queens is one of the most logistically complex boroughs to navigate: the Grand Central Parkway, the Van Wyck Expressway, and the Long Island Expressway all converge here, and event nights at Citi Field or UBS Arena can back up surface streets from Northern Boulevard to the Cross Island Parkway. Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com helps you find the right bus for your Queens itinerary fast — and a support team is available every day of the year at 929-281-0640 to walk you through your options.

Explore the Queens Party Bus Amenities
Not every Queens group trip calls for the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus heading from Astoria to a night out in Manhattan typically comes loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar setup, Bluetooth sound, and wraparound perimeter seating — great for a birthday group or bachelorette group that wants the celebration to start at pickup. A minibus with reclining seats and climate control is a cleaner fit for a corporate shuttle between Long Island City offices and JFK.
For a large wedding guest shuttle between a Flushing banquet hall and a hotel block in Forest Hills, a 56-passenger charter bus with undercarriage luggage storage and onboard restrooms handles the headcount and the bags without a second vehicle. When you compare through Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com, you can filter by amenity and vehicle type to find the exact fit for your Queens itinerary.

Wraparound Leather Seats

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 929-281-0640 before booking.
Queens Party Bus Prices and Rates
Queens party bus rental prices shift with the vehicle size, the date, and how many hours you need. As a planning reference: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends. A full 56-passenger charter bus generally falls in the $200–$350 per hour range on either day type.
Those are planning ranges — the real number moves with your specific date, route, and demand. Event nights at Citi Field or UBS Arena, prom weekends in May, and New Year's Eve all push rates up and squeeze availability fast.
The fastest way to get an exact number for your Queens trip is to call 929-281-0640 or use the online form — pricing comes back in under a minute. Check the party bus prices page for a fuller breakdown by vehicle.

Find the Right Party Bus for Your Queens Group
Here's the thing about finding a bus in Queens: the borough is enormous — 109 square miles, more than a dozen distinct neighborhoods, two major airports, and a handful of stadium-sized venues that all have different approach roads, drop-off rules, and parking nightmares. A single fleet based out of one garage isn't going to have the right vehicle available for a Tuesday corporate shuttle from Long Island City AND a Saturday night 40-person birthday crawl from Jackson Heights to Manhattan. Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com connects you across a network of independently owned companies serving Queens, so your options aren't limited by one company's calendar or lot capacity.
The process is simple: fill out one quick form — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and compare vehicles and rates side by side. No account needed, no obligation, free to use any time. If you'd rather talk through the options, a live team is available every day of the year at 929-281-0640.
There's no reason to spend hours on the phone with multiple companies when one call or one form gets you everything in one place. That's the whole idea — and it works.
Group Transportation Services for Queens Events
Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com helps you find the right bus for every type of Queens group trip — from airport pickups at JFK and LaGuardia to wedding shuttles, concert nights, corporate shuttles, Mets game day runs, and bachelorette parties. Whatever brings your group together in Queens, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 929-281-0640 to get started.

Queens Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Queens sits between two of the three busiest airports in the New York metro, and the pickup logistics at both are genuinely complicated for first-timers. At John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) (Jamaica, Queens, NY 11430), buses and vans picking up arriving groups use the Central Terminal Area (CTA) — each terminal has a designated commercial pickup zone on the arrivals level, and timing matters because JFK's traffic enforcement moves vehicles out quickly. The Van Wyck Expressway between the airport and the Queens Midtown Tunnel backs up badly on Friday afternoons and any evening with a major event in Manhattan, so building buffer time into your itinerary is worth it.
Check the official JFK ground transportation page for current terminal pickup rules before your group lands.
At LaGuardia Airport (LGA) (East Elmhurst, Queens, NY 11371), the renovated Terminal B and the ongoing construction phases mean pickup flows change periodically — the official LGA ground transportation page is your best pre-trip reference. A Queens airport shuttle bus found through Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com eliminates the rideshare surge pricing that hits both airports on Friday nights and holiday weekends. Call 929-281-0640 to get a quote for your arrival or departure group.

Queens Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Astoria is the anchor for most Queens bachelorette itineraries — a walkable stretch of bars, rooftop spots, and restaurants along 30th Avenue and Steinway Street that flows naturally into a Manhattan night without the cab scramble. A Queens bachelorette party bus rental picks your group up from a hotel in Flushing or a house in Forest Hills, makes stops in Astoria, and gets everyone across the Queensboro Bridge and into Midtown without splitting into three separate Ubers at 1am. For the group that wants to bar-hop through Jackson Heights before heading to Manhattan clubs, the bus becomes the through-line that keeps everyone together from first stop to last.
A 25-passenger party bus running on a Saturday night in Queens typically falls in the $275–$375 per hour range — across 15 people, that's well under $30 a head per hour, and nobody is hunting for a cab at 2am in an unfamiliar neighborhood. For a smaller group of 10–14 heading to a lounge in Long Island City before Manhattan, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo brings the same energy in a more intimate setup. Call 929-281-0640 to check availability for your date.

Queens Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Queens has one of the most vibrant quinceañera and Sweet 16 cultures in all of New York — Flushing, Jackson Heights, and Corona are home to some of the metro's most celebrated event venues, and a party bus arrival is a genuinely memorable way to mark the occasion. Popular venue destinations include the reception halls along Northern Boulevard in Flushing, ballrooms in Jamaica, and banquet spaces in Forest Hills. A Queens birthday party bus rental with LED lighting, a sound system, and wraparound seating gives the group a proper entrance moment before the main event.
For milestone adult birthdays doing a Queens-to-Manhattan crawl — rooftop bars in LIC, then clubs in Chelsea — a 20- to 30-passenger party bus keeps the energy going between stops. Rates for a 30-passenger party bus on a Saturday evening typically run $325–$425 per hour. Fill out the quote form on Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com or call 929-281-0640 to see what's available on your date.

Queens Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Forest Hills Stadium (1 Tennis Place, Forest Hills, NY 11375) is one of the most loved outdoor concert venues in New York — and one of the trickiest to reach without a plan. The stadium sits inside a residential neighborhood off Queens Boulevard, and street parking on concert nights is almost nonexistent within a half-mile radius. The closest subway stop (Forest Hills–71st Avenue on the E, F, M, R) is a 10-minute walk, and rideshares frequently circle or drop off on Austin Street rather than the Tennis Place approach, adding another block or two on foot.
A 25-passenger party bus drops your group at the stadium entrance and stages nearby, so there's no navigating unfamiliar side streets in the dark after the encore.
UBS Arena (2400 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003) is just over the Queens border in Nassau County and hosts major touring acts alongside Islanders games. Parking there is paid and structured, but the approach from the Belt Parkway and Southern State Parkway gets congested fast after events end. A Queens concert bus rental means your group leaves together on your schedule instead of waiting in a parking structure queue.
Call 929-281-0640 for a same-day or advance quote.

Queens Corporate Event Transportation
Long Island City has become one of the most active corporate hubs in the outer boroughs — companies like JetBlue, Citibank, and various tech and media firms all maintain offices in the LIC corridor along Jackson Avenue and Court Square. Getting a team of 20 from LIC to a JFK conference hotel without making everyone sort out individual rideshares is exactly the kind of friction a Queens corporate event bus rental eliminates. A minibus with climate control, reclining seats, and WiFi on select vehicles is a clean fit for executive transfers, conference shuttles, or off-site team events — and at roughly $200–$250 per hour on weekdays, it splits sensibly across a full team.
For larger company events at the Citi Field conference spaces or the NY Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge, a 40–56 passenger charter bus handles the headcount with undercarriage storage for presentation materials and bags. Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com can help you compare multi-vehicle packages for large conventions or multi-day corporate runs. Call 929-281-0640 to discuss a custom quote.

Queens Private Event Transportation Services
The US Open Tennis Championships at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (Flushing Meadows–Corona Park) runs for two weeks every August and September, drawing 700,000+ fans to a venue that shares the same Flushing corridor as Citi Field. On night session days, Northern Boulevard, 126th Street, and the entire stretch approaching the 7 train's Mets–Willets Point station becomes gridlocked by early evening. Parking in the immediate area sells out on stadium court days, and the walk from remote lots can run 20–25 minutes.
A private charter bus for your US Open group drops everyone at the pedestrian plaza on 126th Street and stages nearby — no circling, no lot fees, no forced 11pm rideshare surge after the match ends.
For the Queens Night Market at Flushing Meadows–Corona Park (open seasonally, typically May through October), large family groups and company outings benefit from a single vehicle that handles parking outside the park perimeter. A Queens private event bus rental keeps a group of 30 together across the park's vendor circuit without the coordination headache of multiple cars. Call 929-281-0640 to build a custom itinerary for your event date.

Queens Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Queens high schools — Benjamin Cardozo, Francis Lewis, Jamaica, Forest Hills, and many more — all hold their proms within a compressed window in late April and May, and that six-week stretch is the single tightest period for party bus availability across the entire borough. Last-minute bookings in April for a May prom date are a real risk: vehicles that run $275–$375 per hour in March can hit premium pricing or simply be gone by the time you call in April. For prom: book by January or February at the latest.
A Queens prom party bus rental handles the pre-prom photo stop, the venue drop-off, and the after-prom pickup in one clean itinerary — no parent caravan, no parking drama at the venue, no scrambling for rideshares when the night winds down. Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com makes it easy to compare vehicle sizes and rates across multiple companies so your group finds the right fit without overpaying. Call 929-281-0640 now to lock in your date before the rush hits.

Queens School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Queens is home to more than 100 public schools and several major universities — Queens College (65-30 Kissena Blvd, Flushing, NY 11367), St. John's University (8000 Utopia Pkwy, Jamaica, NY 11439), and York College (94-20 Guy R. Brewer Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11451) among them. Field trips to Queens Zoo (53-51 111th St, Corona, NY 11368), the Queens Museum (New York City Building, Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, Queens, NY 11368), or the New York Hall of Science (47-01 111th St, Corona, NY 11368) are all within Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, where bus drop-off is organized along the park's outer road and parking for oversized vehicles is available in designated lots near the park's main entrance.
A Queens school event bus rental through Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com comes with the overhead storage, climate control, and PA systems that make a long school-day trip manageable — and ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network, so mention that when you call 929-281-0640. For university athletic teams traveling to away games on Long Island or in New Jersey, a 40–56 passenger charter bus with undercarriage storage handles equipment and bags without a separate cargo vehicle.

Queens Sporting Event Transportation
Citi Field (41 Seaver Way, Flushing, NY 11368) holds 41,922 fans, and on a sold-out Saturday game day, the approach from the Grand Central Parkway and Northern Boulevard is essentially a parking lot by first pitch. The 7 train runs directly to the Mets–Willets Point station adjacent to the stadium, but getting a group of 25 from Astoria or Jamaica to that train, then onto a packed subway car, and then back out again postgame is its own logistical puzzle. A Queens charter bus drops your group at the Citi Field bus loop on 126th Street — steps from the Jackie Robinson Rotunda entrance — and handles the pickup at the same spot when the game ends, no lot fees, no train scramble.
For Islanders and major concert events at UBS Arena (2400 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003), just over the Queens–Nassau border, the approach roads off the Meadowbrook Parkway and Southern State Parkway back up within minutes of the final buzzer. A Queens sporting event bus rental means your group leaves together on a single vehicle rather than hunting for rideshares in a packed parking structure. Check the official Citi Field transportation page for current game-day approach rules before your visit.
Call 929-281-0640 to lock in your game-day bus.

Queens Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Queens wedding receptions span an enormous geographic range — from the waterfront banquet halls along the Jamaica Bay shoreline in Howard Beach to the elegant ballrooms of Terrace on the Park (52-11 111th St, Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, Queens, NY 11368), a restored 1964 World's Fair pavilion that hosts some of the borough's largest weddings. Guests flying in for a Queens wedding often land at JFK or LGA and need a transfer to a hotel block in Forest Hills or Flushing before the ceremony — a shuttle bus handles that run cleanly without asking out-of-town guests to figure out JFK's AirTrain and the E train on their own.
A Queens wedding shuttle bus is also the practical answer for multi-venue days: picking up the bridal party at a hotel in Kew Gardens, stopping for photos at Gantry Plaza State Park in LIC, and delivering everyone to a reception hall in Bayside without timeline drift. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party in style, while a 35-passenger minibus manages the guest shuttle circuit. Call 929-281-0640 to put together a complete wedding transportation plan.

Queens Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Queens doesn't have the Hudson Valley's wine country footprint, but a craft beer and cocktail bar crawl through Astoria and Long Island City hits a legitimate density of stops. Astoria's 30th Avenue corridor alone runs from Astoria Bier & Cheese (34-14 Broadway, Astoria, NY 11106) and SingleCut Beersmiths (19-33 37th St, Astoria, NY 11105) — one of the most decorated craft breweries in Queens — through a stretch of wine bars and cocktail lounges ending at the LIC waterfront. Street parking in Astoria on a Friday or Saturday night is claimed by 7pm, and circling back for a car after closing time is a genuine hassle.
A Queens pub crawl bus rental stages at each stop and moves the whole group together, so nobody is left waiting on a corner for a rideshare at midnight. For groups that want to extend the crawl into Brooklyn or Manhattan, the bus handles the bridge crossing without anyone counting drinks before they get behind a wheel. A 20-passenger party bus for a Saturday evening Queens crawl typically runs $275–$350 per hour — split across the group, it's a clean deal.

Frequently Asked Questions About Queens Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com?
Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation directly. You fill out one form with your Queens trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — and compare vehicle options and rates from a network of independently owned companies serving the area, all in one place.
No account required, free to use, available any time.
How does Partybusrentalbrooklyn.com work?
Enter your trip details into the online quote form — or call 929-281-0640 if you'd rather talk through the options — and you'll see available vehicles, photos, and rates from companies serving Queens. Compare sizes, amenities, and pricing side by side, then move forward with the option that fits your group. The whole process takes under a minute to get initial pricing, and a support team is available every day of the year if you have questions.
How much does a party bus cost in Queens?
Queens party bus rental prices vary by vehicle type, day of week, and how long you need it. A minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour; a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $275–$375 per hour on weekends; a 56-passenger charter bus generally falls between $200–$350 per hour. Those are planning ranges — your actual quote moves with date, demand, and route.
Call 929-281-0640 or use the online form to get exact pricing for your specific trip in about a minute.
Which bus size is right for my Queens group?
For groups up to 14, a Sprinter limo or Sprinter van is the right fit. Groups of 15–25 are well-served by a 20- or 25-passenger party bus. Groups of 25–35 should look at a 30-passenger party bus or a minibus.
For 40 or more, a charter bus is the most efficient choice, especially for runs between Queens and a stadium or airport where luggage storage matters. The online quote tool shows available vehicles for your group size instantly — or call 929-281-0640 and the team can narrow it down based on your headcount and route.
How does a bus pick up my group at JFK?
At JFK, commercial buses pick up from the arrivals level curbside at each terminal. Have your group coordinator wait until the full group has cleared baggage claim and assembled at the arrivals curb before signaling the bus to pull forward — JFK's commercial lane enforcement moves vehicles through quickly, so timing the approach is important. The specific pickup lane varies by terminal.
Review the official JFK ground transportation page for your terminal's current commercial pickup zone before your group lands.
Where do buses drop off at Citi Field?
Buses serving Citi Field use the designated bus loop on 126th Street adjacent to the Jackie Robinson Rotunda on the stadium's west side. This puts your group steps from the main entrance gates. On game days, 126th Street has active traffic enforcement, so coordinate your arrival time with a buffer before first pitch to avoid delays.
After the game, the same staging area is the most practical pickup point — confirm your post-game pickup window in advance so the bus is in position when the crowd clears. Check the official Citi Field transportation page before your visit for any event-specific access changes.
What Queens events should I book transportation for early?
The US Open Tennis Championships (late August–early September) and any sold-out Mets homestand at Citi Field are the two biggest demand spikes for Queens bus rentals. Prom season across Queens high schools (late April–May) completely taps out party bus availability — book by January or February for a May prom. Forest Hills Stadium concerts sell out quickly and compress rideshare supply in that residential neighborhood, so booking a bus for a Forest Hills show 4–6 weeks out is smart.
New Year's Eve and July 4th weekend are metro-wide demand surges; for those dates, 2–3 months of lead time is not excessive.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Queens?
For most standard weekend trips — a birthday night, a Mets game, a bar crawl — 3–4 weeks of lead time gets you good selection and competitive pricing. For peak events (US Open, prom season, New Year's Eve, major stadium sellouts), 2–3 months out is the safer target. The earlier you call, the more vehicle types are available and the less pressure there is on pricing.
Call 929-281-0640 as soon as your date is set — it takes about a minute to get initial pricing, and there's no obligation to book on the first call.
Popular Queens Party Bus Destinations
From Flushing Meadows to the Rockaway Peninsula, Queens covers more geographic ground than many mid-sized American cities. The destinations below are the ones that come up most often for group transportation — each with specific logistics worth knowing before your visit.

Citi Field
Citi Field (41 Seaver Way, Flushing, NY 11368) seats 41,922 and is home to the New York Mets, with a concert and event calendar that fills the venue on non-game weekends. The stadium sits adjacent to the Mets–Willets Point 7 train station, but the station's platform and stairwell capacity becomes a real bottleneck for large groups postgame. Paid parking on-site starts at $30 and sells out fast for playoff games and major concerts.
Bus drop-off and pickup is on 126th Street at the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, which puts your group at the main gates without fighting the parking lot queue. Check the official Citi Field transportation page before your visit.
Phone: (718) 507-6387

USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center
The USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, Queens, NY 11368) hosts the US Open every August–September — 700,000+ fans over two weeks, making it the highest-attended annual sporting event in the world. On Arthur Ashe Stadium night session days, Northern Boulevard and the approach roads off the Grand Central Parkway back up from early evening. On-site parking is structured and sold in advance; day-of availability is limited for large vehicles.
Bus drop-off is at the pedestrian plaza on 126th Street, and the walk to the Grandstand and Armstrong courts from there is manageable. For any US Open date, book transportation 6–8 weeks ahead minimum.
Phone: (718) 760-6200

Forest Hills Stadium
Forest Hills Stadium (1 Tennis Place, Forest Hills, NY 11375) is a 14,000-seat outdoor amphitheater set inside the West Side Tennis Club's residential grounds — which means the surrounding blocks of Austin Street and Burns Street are strictly residential-permit parking, and event staff enforce it. The E, F, M, R subway stop at Forest Hills–71st Avenue is the closest transit option, but it's a 10-minute walk each way through neighborhood streets, and the walk home after a sold-out night show in the dark is not well-lit. Bus drop-off on Tennis Place gets your group to the gate entrance directly.
For any sold-out show, book 4–6 weeks out — demand for Forest Hills concerts has grown significantly since the venue's 2013 reopening.
Phone: (718) 268-2300

Queens Museum
The Queens Museum (New York City Building, Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, Queens, NY 11368) anchors the cultural core of Flushing Meadows and is best known for its Panorama of the City of New York — a 9,335-square-foot architectural scale model of all five boroughs. The museum is open Wednesday through Sunday, with extended hours on select weekends. School and corporate group visits are scheduled through the museum's group quote-request help in advance.
Bus parking is available in the park's Lot B off Grand Central Parkway's Flushing Meadows exit, and the walk from that lot to the museum entrance is under five minutes. Flushing Meadows sees significant congestion when Citi Field has an event on the same day — coordinate your group's arrival timing accordingly.
Phone: (718) 592-9700

SingleCut Beersmiths
SingleCut Beersmiths (19-33 37th St, Astoria, NY 11105) is one of Queens' most decorated independent craft breweries, operating a full taproom with rotating seasonal and year-round taps in a converted warehouse off 19th Avenue in northern Astoria. The brewery does not have a dedicated off-street parking lot, and 37th Street's metered spots are taken by mid-afternoon on weekends. It's a natural anchor stop on a Queens brewery crawl — pair it with a stop at Rockaway Brewing Company (46-01 5th St, Long Island City, NY 11101) and a cocktail bar in Astoria for a full evening circuit.
A party bus keeps the group together across stops and eliminates any question of who's getting behind the wheel at the end of the night.
Phone: (718) 606-0039

Gantry Plaza State Park
Gantry Plaza State Park (4-09 47th Rd, Long Island City, NY 11101) runs along the East River waterfront in LIC and offers some of the most direct views of the Midtown Manhattan skyline in the entire metro. It's a popular stop for wedding photo sessions, corporate outings, and birthday group gatherings, particularly on warm-weather weekends. Street parking along Center Boulevard and 48th Avenue is metered and fills by late morning on Saturdays.
The park has no dedicated bus parking, but oversized vehicles can stage on 48th Avenue or on the 5th Street block off Jackson Avenue with appropriate coordination. For wedding groups using the park for photos en route to a reception in Flushing or Brooklyn, a minibus keeps the timeline tight and gives the photographer a guaranteed headcount at the shoot location.
